Terms of Service

By engaging ChinaSourceDM for sourcing assistance, factory audits, sample verification, or Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Representative Services

ChinaSourceDM acts exclusively as an independent, third-party technical representative and inspection agency on behalf of the buyer. We are not a trading intermediary, vendor, or manufacturer of goods. We do not take title to any products or inventory.

2. Non-Circumvention & Anti-Kickback Representation

We strictly adhere to our zero-kickback charter. We never accept fees, kickbacks, rebates, or financial compensation from Chinese manufacturers or suppliers. All financial transactions for goods must occur directly between the buyer and the manufacturing entity.

3. Inspection Limitations & Objective Reporting

Our inspection reports reflect the empirical condition of goods at the specific time and location of the inspection, based on agreed sampling standards (e.g. ISO 2859-1 / ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 / AQL 2.5). The buyer acknowledges that sampling inspection does not guarantee 100% defect-free manufacturing across uninspected units.

4. Payment of Professional Service Fees

Professional service fees for on-site audits, travel expenses, sample consolidation, and customized research must be settled per the written service quotation prior to report dispatch or on-site deployment.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
